Scottish Space School is a fantastic opportunity created by Careers Scotland. Each year several Scottish students can apply to take part in the course, culminating in a residential course at Glasgow or, ultimately, a trip to NASA!!

Rob Tyson from Careers Scotland in Elgin and Bill Graham paid us a visit for our June 2006 meeting. The highlight of the evening was a “hands-on” attempt at some of the tasks put to the hopeful entrants! The evening was so inspiring that we now have a young SIGMA member working through the programme in 2007. Good luck Christopher!!
