Previously SIGMA had branded clothing and beanie hats for sale. SIGMA had to buy these in bulk, but now we can buy as many or as little as we want.  There is also the option for SIGMA members to have their own items embroidered.  These items MUST be clean.

When SIGMA places the order with the suppliers, current costs will be confirmed and any difference (due to market changes) will be advised to member(s) prior to embroidery commencing.

All t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts listed are Fruit of the Loom brand.  Other brands/items are available – SIGMA would need obtain costs from the supplier.

• Costs include garment and embroidery charge
• Cost for embroidery of your own item is £8 per item. SIGMA will contact you to arrange this.
• Payment must be made to SIGMA before any embroidery takes place.
• Once SIGMA places any order, allow 2 – 3 weeks for embroidery to take place.
• Please note that you can order multiple items (eg. a hat and sweatshirt), but only one size/colour combination per item on this form eg. Medium and Black. Please complete an additional form(s) as required for any different size/colour combination eg. Medium/Navy.
• Do not close any section of this form if you have ordered an item, as that will clear any choices made.
